CHARACTERISTICS: Color: soft straw yellow. Bouquet: clean with a hint of white flowers and the fragrance of apples. Flavor: dry with pleasant notes of white fruit conveyed with assertive freshness.
PRODUCER’S SUGGESTIONS:Goes with: Hors’d’ouvres, light first courses, fish and white meat; and excellent aperitif. Serve:a temperature of 12° C in early-drinking white wine glasses.
